Arlo was 5-months-old when he was brought to the shelter as a stray on 12/22/17. This poor little male was SO SCARED, but since his initial shock of ending up at a shelter he is doing much better. Arlo is very gentle and sweet, but for now he still feels most comfortable hiding in his cat bed. He wants nothing more than to be loved, but the shelter is so overwhelming for him. Once he realized that he can trust you he instantly warms up to you and will melt your heart with his sweetness, caramel colored eyes, and ticked brown tabby coat. He loves attention and tolerates being held, but prefers to be petted while by your side. Before you know it his paws will start kneading and he will be bunting your hand for more scratching and being petted. He also loves being brushed and talked to, which is a great way to bond and spend time together. The more time you spend with him the more amazed you will be as you watch his true personality start to shine. You will hear a gentle purr and will discover that he enjoys playtime just like most young kittens. Arlo will do best in a quiet home that will take things slow with him at first, and you will be so pleased at the way he will blossom into the perfect little gentleman that will surely become your new best friend. He is truly a sweetheart!!
