Ao (Ow) means "pond". Ao is like welcoming waters, ready to soothe you with his love.

When first met, Ao not only happily let his foster hold him, but he contentedly lay there for over 40 minutes and even gave kisses. Expect this little boy to shower you with love, happy to follow you around and adore you. Swim in his affection and bathe in the love he's happy to give.

Unlike his sister, although playful, he's also happy to just lay with you for hours while you watch TV. He'll sneak up on you when you least expect it and greet you with a loving gaze as soon as you turn and notice him.

A very patient boy, good with dogs and happy to approach any he knows with fondness. Ao just wants to give all his love to that person who will love him always.

He plays pretty gently but don't be scared if he gets too rough, he knows when you tell him, 'Gentle' or 'Easy' to ease up~. He may even apologize with a little lick~

When introducing a new furry into an existing family of pets, we strongly recommend keeping them in separate rooms as they adjust to the smell of the new addition. Dogs in particular should be crated or secured to protect cats when there is no responsible adult to supervise.

Whether kittens / cats come in as strays or owner surrenders, we make our best guess as to birthdate and breed.

We are an all-volunteer, foster-based rescue. We receive no funding from agencies.
