- Vaccinations up to date, spayed / neutered, special needs. Anya's eyes were likely damaged due to an upper respiratory infection as a kitten. She lost one eye and is blind in the remaining eye. Other than some occasional clumsiness, Anya's blindness doesn't hold her back!.

Meet Anya
Anya is a sweet little goofball who takes snuggle time very seriously! She had a rough start to life and hopes to find a human who will help her make up for lost time with lots of love and affection!
Anya was born in 2017 into the cat colony where we did TNR last year. She was taken in as a kitten by a resident, but was later surrendered to us. At first she was nervous and undersocialized, but it was clear that she was extremely sweet and wanted to bond with humans. Over the last several months Anya has blossomed into an affectionate, quirky little cat and has made leaps and bounds in her confidence, social skills, and trust. In April 2019, Anya went to a new temporary foster home and did EXCELLENT with the transition. She was ready to explore and cuddle almost immediately. Anya is very quiet and has the *tiniest* meow. When her name is called, she wags her tail like a puppy. She has done well in a foster home with 2 other adult cats, but would probably prefer being an only-cat. Anya loves head scratches, crinkle ball cat toys, and having a lap to snuggle up on.
