Amber Egyptian Mau & Tabby Mix Bethel, CT

Meet Amber, a stunning one-year-old Egyptian Mau/tabby mix with a gorgeous striped coat and golden yellow eyes. She was recently found as a stray in Scarsdale, NY. She was not microchipped, however was spayed so she may previously had an owner but sadly no one ever claimed her so she's now in search of a new family.

Amber is a super energetic and sweet girl who wants to play hard before curling up on a soft blanket for a long nap. She yearns to be where you are and is happiest with her people. She’s so loyal and loving and will hug your leg to show affection. Amber vocalizes loudly but not often - she just occasionally wants to talk to you. She loves to be pet and purrs daintily while she makes biscuits.

Amber is a very playful and high-energy kitty who loves to chase a pom pom ball or string! She'll need a family who will provide her with plenty of playtime and activity in her day. She's currently in a foster home with kids and would be best with older children. Amber is fine with cats but they must match her rough play style. She'll make a purrfect addition to any home!
