I have a question... I am just miserable here. Will you adopt me? I need a loving home so badly. You see I had a home with my person and two other cats but my person got sick and died. We were brought to this shelter and now here I wait. Alfie is not my real name either. The cat ladies could not find out my real name so I was given the name Alfie. I do not want anyone to try and pick me up or take me out of my cage. This cage is my safe place. It has been noticed that I do not care for other cats, yet I came out of a home with two other cats. I am so unhappy here that even just seeing another cat upsets me. I want my person and my home back. I do not understand. The two other cats that came with me have already been adopted because they were not as upset to be here as I was and still having a heard time with this situation. I am about four years old. I will not tell the cat ladies my real age. A girl will just not tell her age. Ha!
