Please meet Ms. Alani—She has been here at the shelter for a while now and is patiently awaiting her fur-ever home. When people come to look at cats to adopt, it is easy to overlook her at first. She sits quietly, observing all that is going on, inside the shelter and outside (she loves watching the birds!) But once you go into her room, she warms right up — asking for pets with a sweet meow, leaning into head scratches, and playfully going
after shoelaces or any toy that catches her eye.

Speaking of her eyes, she has the prettiest green eyes, that compliment her unusual ginger torbie coat. Her pictures don’t do justice to how pretty Ms. Alani is.
She will prefer to be in a one cat household as she can get stressed when with other cats who also
want to be the boss. However she loves people! Alani will make a great companion in a quiet household, where she can get lots of cuddles and playtime one on one with her humans.
She is on a special diet: Royal Canin Hydrolyzed Protein Dry food, and will need to be on this for life, due to having allergies. Alani is up to date on all of her shots and has been spayed, so she is ready to go as soon as she finds the right people.
