Meet Al Pacino & Pablo Escobar

Al Pacino (11 years old) and Pablo Escobar (4 years old) are bonded male friends looking for their forever home!

Al (male orange tabby) and Pablo (male grey) are both sweet boys with very different personalities. Al’s coat is so soft and thick, he feels like a rabbit. Pablo’s coat is a beautiful grey color, very handsome and sleek. Al is very expressive with his paws, and Pablo likes to chirp at Al when they play.

Al is extremely friendly and loves to be around his human, or any humans, whenever possible and loves to be petted, even picked up and cuddled. He will follow you around and flop down at your feet and invite you to please pet him now, happy to show off his soft furry belly. Pablo is definitely more shy and introverted but will come out to play and for pets when he is ready. He loves to get cozy and sleep under a blanket or under the bed by himself. He will definitely come out to check out what the human is doing in the kitchen, especially if Al is there.

Both Al and Pablo love to spend time sleeping in sunlight during the day and often snuggle together. They like to run and play on the stairs and throughout the house and enjoy playing with feather wands and toys in the evenings. Sometimes their energy level increases during the night, but sometimes they are quiet as mice. Their favorite toys so far are the wire cat dancer toy, feather wand, and catnip mice. They really like their scratching pads and posts and use them frequently. They are easily redirected if they ever start to scratch furniture, and it would be a good idea to provide lots of scratching pads for them in different rooms.

Al and Pablo live in their foster parent's 2-level townhouse with one human, and seem to be relaxed with this level of activity, but also they should be okay with a bit more activity (2 adults, and/or with older children). Al is very easygoing and friendly with all strangers, has done fine in the past with other pets, and he seems like he would be a good match for kids too. However, since Pablo is shy, a relatively quiet house with older kids would be a better fit for both of them.

Al and Pablo would thrive in a home where they can run and play and snuggle up for naps. Al is very adaptable and, with slow and deliberate introductions for Pablo, they would likely do fine in a relatively calm environment with no other pets, or maybe only a gentle smaller dog. Their ideal adopter would be someone who's able to monitor Al's food intake and give attention to introspective Pablo.

There is no guarantee of age and breed as a rescue animal's history is unknown. All ages and breeds are best estimate.

Adoption fees include a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%.

All cats have received comprehensive veterinary care and tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV unless otherwise stated. Cats are up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been spayed/neutered, treated for fleas and/or ear mites, de-wormed, and microchipped.
