Race car driver spreads the word about adoptable pets

Karim Alex Talbot is “racing to spread the word of Petfinder.com and all the pet rescue and shelter organizations” – literally.

Earlier in September the Streamwood, IL, amateur racer won the top honor in his class at the National Auto Sport Association (NASA) Championships at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. The Mansfield News Journal of Mansfield, OH called the race “the Super Bowl” of amateur racing.

Karim drives a Chevrolet Corvette, and prominently displayed on its side is a big Petfinder.com logo. That’s way cool, and so is his website, Rescue Pets Motorsports, which includes live links to adoptable pets on Petfinder as well as his mission to race to spread the word about rescue pets.
