Meet Sprocket

Who needs a sprocket in your pocket? Tiny little Sprocket is the perfect pocket sized pigeon! His miniature size is officially determined because GLPR volunteers can easily scoop him up one-handed. Who needs a palm pilot anymore, when you can have a palm-pigeon! ;-) Sprocket was found injured and brought to a local farm for help, where fortunately the nice folks knew to call GLPR right away. Sprocket says he’s fully healed now, and is getting lots of practice being carried around so he will be all ready for his very own foster or forever home!
