Lucky/Aurora Parrot Cockatiel La Porte , IN

Lucky and Aurora are a pair of sweethearts that must be adopted together. Lucky is around 5 and is a male, Aurora is around 4 and is a female. Lucky is a special needs bird who has struggled with seizures in the past. He also struggles with balance and cannot fly very well. He loves to whistle all kinds of tunes, make kissy noises, and is always up for a good head scratch. He loves to be around people and loves to preform. Aurora is more stand-offish and is a skilled flyer, and by contrast to Lucky she is very quiet. She prefers men, and will almost always step up for my husband but very rarely others in the family unless bribery is involved. Both birds will need a lot of patience to come out of their shells and show their personalities.

o adopt: H.E.A.R.T. requires the adoption application and home walk through video sent before we will schedule you appointments to visit with the birds. You are required to make multiple visits to make sure that it will be a good fit for the bird and you. Please note if you are approved for adoption you will need to have a cage that is at minimum 1 1/2xs the bird's wingspan to adopt.
