Meet Lenore and Poe
Meet Lenore and Poe, our (male and female) Vasa parrots native to Madagascar. The couple enjoys treats and baths more than anything in the world. They do not currently step up or allow for handling but with patience and positive reinforcement, they are capable of anything! They will require continuation of a good quality pellet diet, fruits and veggies daily, dried fruit and nuts. The pair were originally part of the Weston CT parrot seizure and therefore little is known of their age and history.
