• Reason :
• First know I have two birds that I am looking to rehome. they are both the same age not sure if they are male or female one is beautiful and one is not. One bird (Janet) was my moms then I bought one (Jerry) for my husband. Jerry decided he didn't like my husband and would only let me touch him. My mom got sick about 12 years ago and the two birds have lived together in the one cage since then. I don't want them separated. They take care of each other one feeds the other they like to scratch the paper in the bottom of the cage together. Recently my mom has passed away and they haven't been themselves one has gotten a little aggressive with the other one but I just think they are bored and need some more attention and time that I am just not able to give to them. They need someone who isn't afraid of them and will gain their trust.
• Notes :
• Jerry and Janet were both bought from Parrots of the World and are banded. When I bought Jerry I was told he had scoliosis but he has been fine never any trouble he just doesn't stand as elegantly as Janet does. Jerry also has feathers missing from around his neck not sure why I look all over the cage to see if he could be rubbing it on something but don't see anything. Unless Janet plucks them but I have never seen her do that.
