Foster's Story

Foster is you’re typical conur, vocal although he does not speak “human”.
He loves to be with his humans, so if you are home he does request his cage door open.
He does get mouthy if being forced to something he doesn’t like. Such as getting his nails trimmed, doing a baby swaddle in a dish towel works fine. Foster loves to perch on your shoulder & gives kisses.

He has lived with another Conure in his previous home, wonderfully. But has taken up the sport of divebombing dogs. So a home with no cats or dogs will be the right fit.

He is very fond of my 4 year old daughter, & does great with my 12 year old as well. His human family should consist of people with patience as he comes on his own terms, since he is fearful of hands reaching and grabbing for him.

Foster comes with a large cage, toys and large amount of assorted parrot food.
His adoption fee is $200 rehoming fee.

Although birds stay in the home they do requiring regular vetting. If you are unwilling to do regular vetting Foster is not for you, as he does not use the Coddle bone & will need beak maintenance.
