Flapper Parrot African Grey Alexander, NC

Flapper is a 31 year old Congo African Grey. She is very social and loves being the center of attention! She had to have both wings amputated years ago, after a dog attack. She has balance issues as a result, so needs some special accommodations in her setup to keep her safe (ie padding at the bottom of her cage, etc.)

She has been well-loved, and is only looking for her next Phoenix Landing home because of a respiratory issue that has developed for one of the people in her household. Flapper is currently in the same home as Shadow. They are housed separately, and aren't bonded, so can go to separate homes. Though, if someone is interested in adopting two African Greys, they are also fine company for one another. They are currently near Hickory, NC.
