Reason:We have fostered Casper since march of 2019. He was part of a collection in back of a gas station and his owner became too ill to care for them. We were hoping he would fit into our flock but we have 2 other female cockatoos that are afraid of him and are stressed out.
Notes:Casper is very sweet and gentle. he love attention and loves to go out in public especially when children are around.He is not a screamer or a plucker. He is actually a joy to have around . he doesn't mind being in his cage but would like him to go to a home where he would be out of his cage and interact with his human family.
