He's a nervous biter. It takes him a while to warm up to you, but once he does he loves your attention.
Reason :
We rescued the parrot from a friend who was going to abandon him. Everyone in the household works and the kids are all full-time students with jobs. We tried to make it work, but I think he's starting to feel neglected. He deserves a family that could be there for him because we can't.
