Jake - A Petfinder Happy Tail

Jake - posted 06/21/2014

From Connie of Vilonia, AR

My mother got Jake for my daughter for her birthday. I believe it was 1997. She graduated from college last year and just moved out today. So Jake just turned either 16 or 17. He is a golden retriever mix and a large dog. It is rare for larger dogs to live so long. He doesn't see, hear or move so well but he still gives us that golden retriever smile that melts our hearts. He is the sweetest dog I have ever met. I highly recommend crossbreeds and golden retrievers.
