The answers you give on the application will help us find the best possible match between you and the dogs available for adoption. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant and/or inspect the home environment. In addition, if we discover that any information on this application was knowingly falsified, we have the right to take back possession of the dog. If your application is approved, we will require a minimum donation to defray the costs of veterinary care for our rescued dogs. Also, at the time of adoption, you will be required to sign a contract committing to the care of the dog. In addition, a rescue volunteer will be responsible for confirming that you have visited a vet and obtained heartworm preventative within the time allotted.
