The answers you give on the application will help us find the best possible match between you and the dogs available for adoption. We reserve the right to refuse an applicant and/or inspect the home environment. In addition, if we discover that any information on this application was knowingly falsified, we have the right to take back possession of the dog.
If your application is approved, a fee of $225.00 for adult dogs and $300.00 for puppies** will be required to defray the costs of transport, veterinary care, and food while in foster care. **NOTE: Effective January 1st, 2006, A2Z Rescue Inc. will be raising our puppy adoption fees to $350 per pup due to an increase in the cost of pre-adoption veterinary care.
Also, at the time of adoption, you will be required to sign a contract committing to the care of the dog. Please read our RETURN POLICY. In addition, a rescue volunteer will be responsible for confirming that you have visited a vet and obtained heartworm preventative within the time allotted.A2Z Rescue, Inc. will require a $100 deposit to hold any dog and insure that applicants are serious about adopting.
