Winnie

Winnie is aggressive toward other dogs she doesn't know on the leash only. This makes it impossible for her to show well at adoption events, where there are many dogs around on leashes that she has not met. I'm afraid she'll never get adopted, and this dog is so awesome in every other way (great with kids, all people, even cats) and is fine with all my other dogs (three are other pits) here at home. She just needs to meet new dogs off-lead, and then she is fine. Please help Winnie, Victoria!

Ziggy

Ziggy is deaf and blind in one eye. He has no "manners" and is very excitable. His temperament is superb, but it is going to take a special person to learn about his disabilities and train him accordingly. He needs lead training and basic obedience (and a few cute tricks wouldn't hurt his chances of finding a home quickly, either!). If Victoria could help, we are sure he could be placed soon.

Stevie Wonderful

Stevie is blind, and barks in a loud, continuous, annoying manner when Mary, his foster mother's partner, comes home. He lets Mary pet him, but still follows her around barking at her. He also goes nose to nose with Gracie, a Chihuahua/terrier mix, and barks in her face while the foster mother prepares their food. Stevie barks continuously when he hears men's voices and strange voices outside while we are in the yard. We can't turn him off.

Greyson Eli

Greyson is like a puppy. He’s very smart, but seems to have had none of the training/socialization young pups need. This is mostly manageable, except for one problem: Grey jumps, incessantly. I’ve tried every trick I know to correct this behavior, to no avail. It may seem like a simple problem, but it could be a dealbreaker with adopters, and this wonderful little guy certainly deserves a terrific home of his own. Please help me help him be the best dog he can be!
