    About Our Pets...

    Most of our pets come from county shelters that only have to keep a stray for 3-5 days AND an owner give up pet can be euthanized IMMEDIATELY....there are just too many pets, not enough homes.

    So, when you adopt from us, you basically save 2 lives, because when you adopt, you open a slot in the foster home, we go to the county and we save one more to fill the slot. Our rescues live with our families and our pets and we do not keep them in cages. All of our pets are spayed or neutered before adoption or have such certificate to get it done. All of our kitties must be adopted as indoor kitties - exception are people who have a kitty fence...like http://www.purrfectfence.com/ All of our dogs and puppies must be adopted as a housedog only and we do have a fence policy.

    Our Mission Statement....

    Approximately 34,000 mostly healthy puppies/kittens/dogs/cats are killed euthanized each year in OUR local shelters because there ARE TOO MANY PETS, NOT ENOUGH HOMES. We cannot adopt out 34,000! IT IS CRITICAL that everyone spay / neuter their pet. We offer 4 options for low cost spay/neuter - You can get a cat fixed for as little as $25 and a dog fixed for as little as $35.

    Who We Are...

    We are a non-profit, small group of volunteers who strive to provide assistance for unwanted, lost and neglected animals by providing humane education, veterinary care, animal rescue and by actively encourging pet population control through spay and neuter.

    Adopting a Friend...

    To adopt from us, you must fill out the required on-line application. If you have any questions, you may email us. Our rescues are housed in various foster homes in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati. Once we receive your application, we normally respond to you within 48 hours. If we have a good match, you are then invited to come over to the foster home/s and see if this is a forever match. We will ask for a vet reference for cat or dog adoption and we will do a home visit to check the fencing if you are interested in adopting a dog.
