About Us
"Tucker" is an app. 2 year old neutered male Border Collie mix. Whatever is in the mix is making for a calmer boy with little (if any) instincts for herding. An eager to please boy who does well whether it's indoors, enjoying the nice weather in a kennel or inside crating. Friendly and well behaved with other dogs. He enjoys his leash walks but would love a big fenced yard to run in as well. A perfect size @ 25 lbs full grown...a sweet, loving, flexible pet....fostered at 704-463-1015
Pets are fostered in individual homes, usually one at a time. Contact the foster home of a pet you're interested in by phoning the telephone number given with each pet. Each foster home will conduct an interview by phone; and, if both parties are satisfied, prospective adoptive families can meet the pet at the convenience of the foster home and the caller.
Contact foster homes by phone to make arrangements to meet these pets. An adoption fee of $50 applies.
The Stanly County Animal Rescue League is a 50l(c)3 organization, run totally by volunteers, who foster abandoned puppies and kittens in their homes. All pets have age-appropriate Vet administered immunizations and are spayed or neutered before being available for adoption.
