Save a Pet is run by a people like you. We have families and jobs . So many animals are in need and time is what we are short of .

Some of the cats do not do well at the shelter with all the other cats around. And are over looked when it comes to adoption time. Although with a little love from a foster parent they can show their true colors.

Please be responsable when rehoming a pet.
Above all, please consider keeping your pet and trying to work through any difficulties - sometimes big problems have relatively easy solutions once you find the right one! We are happy to help with suggestions that may help you be able to keep your pet.

Volunteers Needed
Active in helping with the welfare of animals in Surrey. We are always looking for volunteers for transporting animals to the vet. for Save A Pet or families that need assistance with caring for their pets. Save A Pet is also looking for volunteers for the never-ending job of trapping and spaying or neutering of Surreys feral cats. Animal rescue work is unfortunately a never-ending job.We need to help the animals that can't help themselves due to abuse, neglect, and abandonment. If you would like to help but don't have the time. Donations are always needed. Many of our donations are spread out through surrey to animals in distress. Blankets, Leashes, Collars, Food, CAT FOOD, Dog Food, Toys and Carriers. Advantage is also always needed.

We currently have a number of rescued cats available - in order to adopt from us, an interview, application/contract, references and potentially a home visit before and/or after adoption, applies.
