We have dogs and cats of all different ages and types. . . Some dogs and cats have special needs and others have just been released from their owners for us to try to find them a better home.. . We have some great adult Dogs and Cats that need some loving homes. Most of our cats and dogs are posted on this site and are also available for viewing at PetSmart in Columbus, GA. All our animals are spayed/neutered, microchiped, with current annual vaccinations.

We are hoping 2012 is a great year and that we will be able to continue saving and adopting dogs and cats. Our adoptable dogs and cats are available for viewing every weekend at PetSmart Bradley Park Shopping Center, Columbus, GA. Contact Cheryl, Claire, Sue, or any of our volunteers to view or take one of our Pets to your loving home. We hope to see you there!

Safe Haven Animal Rescue Inc. is a, all-volunteer, non-profit organization. Our founding members are both licensed and experienced kennel and rescue shelter operators, as well as dedicated individual volunteers who have combined resources in order to become a driving force for change in animal care for our area and we serve Harris, Meriwether and Troup counties.
WHAT Our Goals Are.
Our goals are to eliminate pet overpopulation in our communities and to rescue homeless animals which would otherwise be destroyed. We strive to help those dogs and cats who are abused or are consider senior or special needs animals, help get a fresh start.
