RESCUE ME! just rescued 3 black lab puppies mixes from living in a 36" crate on someone's front porch.  The puppies were born on Mother's Day (5/14/2012), and are healthy & happy.  There are 2 boys and 1 girl.  You can come meet them at the East Atlanta Strut Saturday, Sept 15th by Tomatillos. 

Adopting A Friend

Fees for adoptable dogs are $200 and includes spay/neuter, up-to-date on vaccinations, dewormed, and microchipped.  If old enough, dogs will also receive heartworm tests and/or heartworm treatment prior to adoption. 

Fees for cats are $125 and includes spay/neuter, vaccinations, and testing for FIV and FeLV.

Who We Are

RESCUE ME! is an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 tax exempt organization dedicated to caring for homeless animals. Our mission is to assist in eradicating euthanasia due to overpopulation by ensuring Atlanta-area strays find safe and loving homes.  RESCUE ME! Animal Project, Inc. will accomplish this mission through Foster Homes, Adoptions, Spay/Neuter, Microchipping, and Advocacy.  RESCUE ME! obtains animals from local animal shelters, the streets of Atlanta, and, sadly, from owner surrenders.  RESCUE ME! places these animals in temporary foster homes and provides each with spay/neuter, Rabies vaccinations, annual inoculations, microchipping, and heartworm treatment (if needed), as well as, socialization prior to adopting out an animal.  At this time, RESCUE ME! relies solely on donations and adoptions to provide these humane services.
