ResQ Connection, Inc. is operated out of our homes. We rely strictly on monetary donations & donations of items for sale on eBay and in Yard Sales. The majority of funds comes from our own personal monies but we could not continue without the donations received from our animal loving friends. Last year we received our Not-for-Profit 501c3 Status so all your donations are tax deductible and we are more than happy to provide a receipt for you. ResQ Connection, Inc. typically specializes in small breed adult dogs, senior or special needs dogs (as room allows), herding dogs and fantastic Mutts!
All the dogs require heartworm medications, flea & tick preventatives and the seniors require daily medications and supplements that are very costly. If you are a pet owner or ever have been you know how costly vet bills can be. Just click the button below to make your donation via Paypal or Credit Card remember your donation is now tax deductible. We will gladly provide a receipt please remind us to give you one.
All dogs will be heartworm tested and on preventative. They will have been treated for fleas and parasites.They will have had their distemper combo vaccine and rabies vaccine. They will have been spayed or neutered. All this takes money so please be prepared to make a generous donation. Believe me when I tell you most dogs that we vet end up costing us much more than we receive on the adoption donation. Often the vetting on just one dog is hundreds of dollars, so please make a GENEROUS donation so we can continue to do what we do.
WE DO NOT HAVE A PUBLIC SHELTER. WE DO NOT HAVE VISITING HOURS. Please call and make an appointment to meet an animal. You will need to complete an adoption application and sign an adoption contract and have one of our volunteers do a home visit. You will be required to provide a vet reference and we do call to check to see that your current and past animals have been fully vetted. We typically receive large volumes of email and calls so please be patient with us as we will get back to you as soon as possible. Along with helping the animals we all have a "day job", too!

We would like to see you keep your pet so if you are having behavior problems or need help training we offer training assistance to help owners keep their dogs in their homes, instead of surrendering them to shelters. Tired of standing in line at the bottle machine at your supermarket? Bring us your returnable bottles and cans or if you are local we can pick up large amounts and arrange for a monthly/bi-monthly pick up depending on your need. Any little bit helps!
We need a SMALL hot water heater that would heat some water for washing dogs out in the kennel.
Our heater in our kennel burst into flames and is now inoperable. We would like to have a small hanging heater or even a small pellet stove may work.
