Hello! My name is Newton. I am a 3 year old American Staffordshire Terrier mix, and I can't wait to settle into a real home. I have such personality, and I can't wait to share it with you. I have already mastered my basic obedience, and I love to perform tricks. I am super smart and very active. I'm looking for an owner who can help me exercise my mind and my body. I'll make a fantastic hiking or jogging partner, but I will also be more than happy to curl up next to you by the fire at the end of a long day. I am generally mellow, but I still have my bursts of puppy energy. Please read more about me on the website, I would love to meet you!

Adopting a friend
There is an application process, but we always recommend that you visit us first to choose your next best friend! Please visit all of our animals via pictures on this website. Pictures remain on this website until the animal goes home which means that there may be an application pending on that specific animal. Please email us if you would like to receive an application for preapproval via email.

We are off of Rte 100 South, approximately 3 1/2 miles outside the center of Morrisville, VT. Or traveling on Rte 100 North, our shelter is a few miles outside the center of Stowe, VT.
