AUGUST NEWS

NOAH has loads and loads of cats and kittens all ready to adopt. The peak of the season is upon us. Consider adopting a pair of kittens, or a mom and one of her babies. They can be nicely settled in before the kids go back to school.

Our kittens are marching in. We will have a gazillion babies to care for this summer! If you would like to foster moms with babies or orphaned kittens, please call Linda at 508-386-3729.

To donate, send donations (check made out to NOAH) to:

WISH LIST!! Volunteers and Money

NOAH has kittens and nursing moms that need a safe and loving environment until they are old enough for a forever home.

If you can help, please call Linda at 508-386-3729. NOAH will provide food and medical care, and you provide the love.

Occasionally, we need foster homes for adults. If you can open your heart and home to give a homeless cat a chance toward finding a forever home, we need your help.

We are also looking for volunteers for a variety of NOAH tasks that may be done at various times during the week or even just once a year. If you have some time to give NOAH, please contact NOAH at noahcats@aol.com.

Please help us continue to respond as a non-profit rescue group for cats! Our day to day costs for food, litter and medical care are financed by your donations and our adoption fees. Since 2004, we've placed over 2500 cats and kittens who would have been homeless in loving forever homes.

BURBERRY MEDICAL FUND!

We have established a fund (the Burberry Medical Fund) to care for cats and kittens in NOAH's care with long term medical issues. We are currently caring for a beautiful Maine Coon adult male cat with diabetes. In 2008, we took care of Baker who needed his leg amputated. We fostered a ten year old purebred Somali with urinary tract issues and a two-year-old FIV+ female who were both adopted early in February, 2006. In 2005, we cared for and then placed ten leukemia positive cats and kittens. We cared for Burberry (above), who has a heart condition, until he found a forever home on September 1, 2005. Burberry will continue to be our poster child for this fund. Kudos to Linc Keene who donated his time and patience to photograph Burberry.

If you want to contribute to this fund, send a check (made out to NOAH) to:

NOAH at PO Box 233, Raynham Center, MA 02768
and mark it for Burberry Medical Fund, or
