New Leash on Life is a no-kill, independent shelter and our goal is to promote animal welfare such as abuse prevention, responsible animal care, and the importance of spaying and neutering.  Located in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, Dan and Jessica Garrison are independent rescuers who strive to improve the quality of life for the animals in Arkansas.

Our Mission is to rescue, provide sanctuary, and ultimately to re-home abandoned, stray and neglected animals.  Our goal is to find loving, caring, forever homes for our rescue dogs who so desperately deserve a second chance at happiness.
