Looking for her fairy tale ending
Bianca was pushed onto a window ledge before being rescued. She takes a while to warm up to you & gain your trust but once she has, she just wants your love. Please treat this girl to a safe 2nd chance at happiness.

Bianca is FIV/FeLV negative. Spayed and about 4 years old. Please give her the chance at the happiness she deserves.

Who We Are

Neighborhood Cats was formed in 1999 to create an awareness of the severe feral cat overpopulation crisis and
to promote and establish trap-neuter-return (TNR) as the most humane and effective method of solving this
problem in New York City. We focus on educating those interested in helping feral cats and advancing
TNR as the preferred solution to controlling feral cat reproduction. Through our comprehensive website and
online TNR courses, we have broadened our scope to reach people throughout the country and beyond.
Our ultimate goal is to substantially reduce the number of cats born and living on every city's streets.
