Where are we? Norfolk Animal Care Center (NACC) is located near the Janaf shopping district, and is easily accessible from Military Highway (turn at the Ruby Tuesday at Lowery Road) or Virginia Beach Blvd (turn at the Salvation Army building at Raby Road).

Too Hard to Pick Someone? Use our "Must Meet" signs for help!

We know it can be overwhelming to look at all the dogs and cats needing homes and try to limit yourself to just one. So, our staff and volunteers have made it easier for you by adding their "seal of approval". Just look for the bulls-eye cat and dog signs to help you in your search for your new best friend!
