Bandit is a frisky 8 month old puppy who was saved by MSRNT since the shelters can not keep sick dogs. He is being treated for a severe case of mange. The cost of his treatment is about $500. MSRNT thanks you for any donation you can give. He is a energetic happy fellow just happy to be safe and sound in the loving care of his foster family. We celebrate that Dargo was adopted now we need to pay the vet bills! Dargo a 6 month old puppy was saved after being hit by a car and brought to MSRNT for the $1,500 surgery he needed to be able to walk again. MSRNT thanks you for any donation you can give.

Who We Are
Miniature Schnauzer Rescue of North Texas (MSRNT) a 501(c)3 organization is a group of volunteers whose purpose is to rescue and secure loving, permanent homes for Miniature Schnauzers in the North Texas and surrounding areas.
Adopting a friend
Miniature Schnauzer Rescue of North Texas requires a completed adoption application, reference checks, and home screening. The adoption donation is $300 which Miniature Schnauzer Rescue of North Texas uses help to defray a portion of the medical care costs related to rescuing these Schnauzers. This fee goes toward the vet costs for the animal to be completely vetted, which includes a physical examination, brought up-to-date on vaccinations, rabies vaccination, fecal checks and if needed dewormed, tested for heartworms, treatment if necessary, monthly heartworm prevention, flea prevention, microchip, spayed or neutered, provide dental cleaning if needed, any medications that the animal may need during their stay in foster care, and treated for any illnesses or medical problems that is found. We also provide food, love, attention, and training while in foster care, and provide you with information about their habits, traits and quailities through fostering.
We have no shelter. Our rescued Minis live in foster homes around north Texas area until loving, forever homes can be found.
We ask that the adoption application be filled out for the Mini you are intrested in. We work by application to find the "right" Mini to match to a forvever home. Applications for the same dog are worked in order of submission by date. After you fill out the application, our Adoption Coordinator will contact you as well as your vet to verify and approve your application.
We are always getting new miniature schnauzers into our program. We work first helping the approved applicants find the mini they are looking for so please complete the application, even though there may be a wait. Our priority is finding the right match, for the miniature schnauzer and for the adopter, as this match makes it the loving, forever home.
