We will be hosting a garage sale soon to raise some much needed funds to spay & neuter more cats! Start cleaning out those closets and call us to arrange delivery of your donations! Unfortunately we are not able to transport large pieces of furniture. If you have a lot of stuff to donate, please consider hosting your own sale and donate the proceeds to us! Remember... all donations are tax deductible!
Put your old cell phones to good use and help Lucky Cat raise some much needed funds! Feel free to drop off your old cell phone to us on our adoption days at Petsmart!
Who We Are
Lucky Cat Adoptions, Inc. is a non-profit organization that was formed in January 2005 to improve the welfare of stray or abandoned cats and kittens in and around Jacksonville, Florida. We aim to achieve our mission through the rescue, rehabilitation and placement of homeless cats into loving homes. Lucky Cat Adoptions is operated solely through the generosity and hard work of our volunteers and supporters.
Adopting a friend
We ask three important things of our adoptive families: our cats are to be kept inside as part of the family; they are to be well cared for both medically and emotionally and you must agree not to declaw! Declawing is inhumane and totally unnecessary - please ask us about alternatives!
Our adoption donation is only $75 and all of our cats are spayed or neutered, tested for FIV/FELV, up to date on shots, dewormed and on flea control. Your adoption donation will allow us to save another homeless cat! When you adopt two cats the second adoption donation is only $35 more.
