Please report your lost or found pet to our shelter. If you have access to a computer, email (levycountyanimal@netscape.net) us a picture, description of the lost or found animal and your address and phone number. If you have no computer call our office at 352-486-5138. We keep a record of all reported lost or found pets and try very hard to reunite pet owners with their pets. You can also look at the pets we currently have in the shelter to see if we might have your missing dog or cat. Once again, feel free to email a pic and description of the animal lost. Include the location of where the animal went missing and your name and phone number.
h3>WHAT IF YOUR DOG HAS PUPPIES AND YOU WANT THEM TO GO TO ONE OF OUR ACTIVE RESCUES?
We have found by advertising your pups via email with rescue groups that are active with us while they stay at your house less sick pups are adopted out. Usually the rescue group that is going to save your pups will assist you in keeping them healthy. So the sooner we advertise the better it is for everyone concerned. If you have access to a computer, email (levycountyanimal@netscape.net) us a picture of the pups and if possible the mom and dad. Please include the following info in your email: Breed of mom and dad, number of pups, sex, date of birth, any other details that may help place the pups. Also include your name, address and phone number(s). If you have no access to the computer or can't take pics please contact Lena at 352-486-5138 to set up an appointment so she can take pics and get all the info from you. Do note that you still have the option of releasing your pups to our shelter when they're 8 weeks old, this is just another option available to Levy County Residents.
