We have started a new program featuring Kuranda dog beds. We currently do not have enough beds for our canine friends and would love to make them more "at home" while they are staying with us. We have chosen Kuranda dog beds for our animal control facility because they are so good for our dogs. We still don't have enough for all of our kennels. Who We Are

We are an animal adoption center in Crown Point, Indiana. We are also a non-profit organization and run off of government grants and donations. We never euthanise adoptable animals and we are always looking for rescue groups to help us place our adoptable animals. We strive to maintain a healthy, safe, and comfortable atmosphere for any animal that comes here, and we always do our best to find good homes for all animals, whether it is a rescue or a forever home.

"Un-adoptable": Any animal that is sufferening from a terminal illness; any animal that is very aggressive and likely to hurt itself, or a human, regardless of how much it is worked with.

Adoption Procedure

~For our adoption process we will have you fill out an adoption application (which is just some basic info about you, your family, other pets, etc...). We will take a copy of your driver's license or State ID.

Please be completely honest on our application, as it will help us determine if the pet you're interested in is a good match for you. Not all pets will be good in all living situations and not all families will be the perfect match for every pet, so it's pertinent you answer each question fully and honestly.

Normal adoption prices:

Male Dogs: $63.75 (includes shots, neuter certificate)

Female Dogs: $73.75 (includes shots, spay certificate)

Male Cats: $48.75 (includes neuter certificate, shots)

Female Cats: $63.75 (includes spay certificate, shots)
