We are a 501 (c)3 registered nonprofit animal welfare "No-Kill" organization and rely on your donations. We are strictly an all-volunteer organization; no one receives a salary nor do we receive any government funding. So, your monitary donations really help! All donations are tax deductible! We try to find good homes for abandoned, abused, and stray cats and kittens. Our cats and kittens are raised as indoor only. All our cats and kittens are provided with proper medications, spay and neuter and veterinary care when needed for serious issues . We also provide foster care on a space available basis. We work with other local animal rescue groups, County Animal Control Shelters, local Humane Societies, veterinarians, and Pets and Animals in Distress, Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Pets and Animals.org)
A donation of $30.00 is to help cover veterinary expenses, spays and neuters, medications, food & litter. When the donation is accepted we provide you the cat or kitten (as is) under Florida Statute 828.29 Paragraph 15. You must take to a vet within 3 working days, if any issues arise in that time, you may return the feline for a trade or if within 7 days, a refund. All our cats and kittens are raised indoors and must be strictly indoors. We are conveniently located off I-10 between Fort Walton Beach and Pensacola. We are open 7 days a week from 1 pm to 5pm. Adoptions are by appointment only.
Behavior problems account for the leading cause of owner relinquishment of pets and resulting euthanasia - we all know it and numerous studies confirm it. Often pet parents just need some help in dealing with the issues they are facing. Chek out items offered by one of our generous sponsors at www.preciouscat.com.
