Who We Are ICARE is a group of caring and concerned citizens of Izard County. We strive to find homes for the homeless pets of our county, and provide low-cost Spay and Neuter Clinics for the community. ICARE does not have a shelter and is supported solely by donations and fundraisers. All animals are kept in foster homes. If you would like to be an ICARE foster or volunteer please contact us.
