Who We Are
Heavenly Howls Rescue was formed for the sole purpose to save as many dogs as possible. We rehabilitate neglected, abused, and abandonded dogs in the Charleston area of South Carolina. We provide needed medical attention to all dogs, including spays/nueters, vaccinations, microchips, dentals, and any other necessary medical need. Our rescue has a special love for Poodles and Dachshunds but we also rescue other small breeds and mixes. The dogs are kept in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their forever home. Heavenly Howls is a volunteer run organization formed by Trey and Ashton Phillips in 2009.
Adopting a friend
