Meet Thor

Hi my name is Thor! I am a 3 year old Rottie/Hound mix. As you can see by my pictures that I am an outdoorsy kinda boy. I love to go camping and go to the lake. My foster mom bought me a life jacket so I stay safe while I am swimming:) I am house trained and crate trained. I like other dogs.....well except for small dogs and cats. I like to play with medium to large size dogs. I love to play tug-a-war! I have gone to basic obedience clicker training and passed with flying colors!! My foster mom says that I am the biggest lover boy. I am the kinda boy that likes to be around my humans....I wanna be right by your side. I have been in my foster home for 1 1/2 years now and I really want to find my furever home very soon. I am slowly losing hope that a family will ever want me. My foster mom says she feels it will be soon......that would really make me so happy!

Homeward Bound Animal Rescue, Inc. is an all volunteer non-profit no-kill organization dedicated to rescuing companion animals and placing them into foster homes until they can be permanently adopted. Schedule of adoption:

11:30 - 4pm:

Southlake Petsmart 1st, 2nd 3rd and 4th Sunday 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Saturday

Donations

Volunteer your time at an weekend adoption day at Petsmart by taking care of animals and people. . . .
Help by donating food or supplies. . . .
Make a monetary donation to help animals in need of medical care.
Any way you can assist us in providing care for our precious foster animals would be greatly appreciated!
