If you have anything that you'd like to donate, please stop in during our open hours and one of our volunteers will be happy to assist you!
We go through several bags of cat litter on a daily basis. Currently, we purchase much of the litter we use. While we appreciate every bag of litter donated, we would love to find a company, individual or group of people to help with our monthly cat litter needs. We also have other monthly needs such as laundry supplies as well. If interested, please contact us.

We would like to give a very special thank you to Monika Decono for donating our new storage unit.
Happy Endings is a non-profit,
no kill organization that has been in existence since 1994. It is run solely by volunteers. Our mission is to find permanent homes for strays, abused or unwanted cats that are either brought in to us or rescued off the street.
In 2009, we adopted out approximately 200 cats into forever homes!

All potential adopters must fill out an application and go through an interview. Our adoption facilitators walk them through the shelter and help them find the perfect cat that would best match their homes. After a potential adopter signs up for a specific cat, there is a cool-down period. We do veterinarian reference checks and follow-up telephone calls on Mondays to make sure the potential adopters are still interested. After the telephone interview has taken place, a home visit is set up and the selected cat is delivered to it's new home.
Our adoption fees are $85 for one cat or kitten and $130 for two cats or kittens. The adoption fee includes various procedures which have already been performed, such as:
- Feline Leukemia and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus tests
- Distemper Shots
- Rabies Booster (Good for 1 year from date given)
- Preventative Dewormer
- Spay or Neuter procedure for every cat that is at
least 8 months or older
If you visit our pet list and see a cat that you are interested in, please ask for that cat by name when you visit the shelter. Some cats may be in foster homes at the time of your visit..
HAPPY ENDINGS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY ADOPTION. ALL ADOPTERS MUST BE OVER 21 TO ADOPT.

Doing volunteer work is a very rewarding experience that takes hard work, dedication and an open heart. Everyday at Happy Endings, a group of wonderful volunteers come in to let the cats out to play while they clean their cages and give them fresh food and water. Each and every one of our volunteers are indispensable and are very special, but we are always looking for more help!
If you have a few hours a week to donate and would like to become a volunteer, just stop on in to the shelter during our open hours to fill out an application, find out the shift times for each day and which ones need your help. Alternatively, you can download, print and fill out our volunteer application in the comfort of your own home and then bring it in during our opens hours, where one of our volunteers will assist you the rest of the way.
