IN MEMORIUM: Ingrid, our beautiful featured pet this month, passed away October 25. She started going into seizures during the late afternoon, and the staff at the ER were unable to control them. We elected finally to euthanize her. She was a queen, a beautiful girl who was found in the worst storm of the year last year. She was obviously used to being pampered, and although we searched for her previous owners for months, could never find them. She was a wonderful, loving cat. We take comfort in the fact that she spent her last year warm, fed, and cared for, with daily brushing with her favorite "brushie" and lots of kisses. There are many other rescued cats on our website: www.happycatadoptions.org who still need forever homes. Birch, for instance, was just rescued from the streets, and we could use financial help to complete his medical care. Thank you for spending this moment in helping us remember our beloved Ingrid, and in taking the time to consider adopting a rescued cat.
NOTE: Because we depend on foster families to house our cats while they are awaiting a "forever home," we cannot accept owner relinquished cats.
However, for Happy Cat Adoptions to help more homeless cats and kittens find homes this year, we need more loving families willing to open their homes and hearts to foster these babies, and we need funding to help with medical costs.

Happy Cat Adoptions is devoted to placing happy cats in happy homes. We take the time to make sure every placement is a good fit for both the family and the cat. We're a brand new organization, but all of us who volunteer have been active in rescue for years. We believe every cat deserves to be a happy cat, and our fondest wish is to help make that happen.

Although Happy Cat Adoptions has no physical shelter, all of our cats are currently in foster homes. Depending on the wishes of the foster, most of our cats can be visited in their foster homes before you make a final decision. You can see your future friends in their home environment--no stress, and with the people who know them best right there beside you to answer questions.
