About Us

Due to so many people losing their homes, many pets have been left behind and are being surrendered to rescue. Our kennels are full and overflowing. Please go to www.rescueshelter.com to search for specific breed rescues. We are an all-breed rescue and have all sizes and ages. Please consider fostering a dog even if you can't adopt, and please spay or neuter your pets.

PETMEDS has everything we need to keep our pets healthy. Check out their website, www.1800PetMeds.com, to keep your pets healthy.

For the Love of Dogs exists solely through donations. Donations are tax deductible. We rescue mostly senior dogs who may not be adopted as quickly as younger dogs. Donations are necessary to provide medical care for these sweet senior babies through no fault of their own have been surrendered to a shelter.
