Foster Homes Wanted!

We are in urgent need of foster homes! We have cats that we have to move out of the Richmond Hill Petsmart location alternate months and need a temporary place for them to stay for the month we cannot display them.

If you live within the York or Durham or Toronto regions and you can foster one of our cats for a month, please contact us as soon as possible!!

Volunteers Wanted

We also are always looking for responsible, mature volunteers to help us at fundraising events and our adoption events at Petsmart, Global Pet Food stores Pet Valu and our weekend P.J.'s store location in Toronto.

If you are 18yrs of age and over and can help out in any way please contact us.

Who We Are

We are a growing group of volunteers all moving towards the same goal of saving as many homeless cats and cats from shelters as we can, and placing them into their forever homes! We rescue our animals from 'high-kill' shelters. These are animals who would otherwise be euthanized by no fault of their own. We offer our animals love, shelter, food and medical attention. Animals stay in our care until we find a loving home to adopt them. We strive to help reduce the extraordinary number of pets euthanized in Ontario each year by taking a load off of the shelters that are bursting at the seams with unwanted animals

We are a non-profit registered charity. We are strictly volunteer based with no paid staff. We receive no government funding and we rely solely on donations from the public and what we raise through our fundraising events to continue to rescue cats in need.

PETSMART Adopt-a-thon

When: Feb 10th, 11th, 12th

Location: Petsmart, 1700 Elgin Mills Road W, Richmond Hill

Time: Friday 6 - 9 pm, Sat 9 - 9pm, Sun 10 - 4pm.

Adopting a friend

If you see a cat you are interested in adopting, either from our Petfinder list or in one of our adoption centres, please send us an email to info@forgottenones.ca and your inquiry will be answered promptly.

Elgin Mills Petsmart at 1700 Elgin Mills Road, Richmond Hill, alternating months Jan, Mar, May, July, Sept, Nov
P.J.'s Pet store at 3291 Yonge Street, Toronto!

All of our cats with exception of the ones on display at the above locations are in private foster homes. Appointments can be made to visit them after we have approved your application.
