The Delaware County SPCA is dedicated to intervention and prevention policies that protect and improve the health and welfare of companion animals and support the people who care for them.
As we settle in to our 100th year of service, we are re-dedicating ourselves to that mission with the following significant policy changes.
We will strive to save as many lives as possible by devoting our resources to prevention, education and outreach programs that:
Prevent animal cruelty and overpopulation
Place animals in caring homes
Promote responsible pet ownership through education and affordable animal care services
