TO THE FAMILY THAT BROUGHT THE NEW CAN OPENER. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. IF YOU COME BACK, WE CAN HAVE YOU FILL OUT A LETTER THAT WILL BE GOOD FOR YOUR TAXES.
IF YOU LOST YOUR PET, YOU NEED TO COME IN TO THE SHELTER TO LOOK. THE PEOPLE THAT ANSWER THE PHONES DO NOT KNOW WHAT ANIMALS WE HAVE AND THEY CANNOT GO AND LOOK. The best person to identify your pet is you.
We are only able to add a few of our pets to this site. If you are looking for your pet or looking to adopt, please come to the shelter to see everything that we have. WE DO NOT POST INJURED OR AGGRESSIVE ANIMALS THAT MAY HAVE BEEN IMPOUNDED. You need to come to the shelter.
OUR CURRENT GREATEST NEEDS ARE: H/E liquid laundry detergent, H/E liquid laundry softener and H/E bleach. Kitchen paper towels. UNSCENTED, clay kitty litter, not clumping. (clean please) Pedigree, Purina Dog Chow, Beneful and Iams dry dog and Iams dry kitten food.

DONATIONS NEEDED: Unscented clay kitty litter.(not clumping) Dry dog and puppy food. We prefer Iams, Beniful, Purina Dog Chow or Pedigree. Iams kitten and cat dry food and Nutro, Science Diet or Iams kitten canned food. Bleach(H.E.). Liquid laundry detergent(H.E.), liquid softener (H.E.) and liquid automatic dishwasher detergent. Bounce dryer bar refills. Mini-size dust pan/whisk broom sets for cleaning cat cages. (Usually can be found at Big Lots, 99 cent store, etc.) Cardboard trays/boxes as litterboxes. Almost anything will work. Boxes from cases of soda and canned foods, shoe boxes or anything that is comparable. We have a few people that bring in the cardboard trays from pet food when they shop. When our cat room is full, we may go through 50 or more boxes a day. Paper kitchen towels. Electric can opener.
Other items we are always in need of are: Towels and blankets for the animals to sleep on. Petsmart, PetCo, Walmart, Target, Home Depot, etc. gift certificates. The only type of toy we can give the dogs in their kennels are the rubber "Kong" type toy or over-sized tennis balls. Cat toys or Jingle bells, yarn and key rings to make cat toys. Cat toys are always in low supply. They are not durable when disinfected, so are given away with the cat or kitten when they leave or thrown away when soiled. We also like to keep a bucket of dog biscuits or treats in the kennels so that visitors may offer them to the dogs as they walk through. There are never enough biscuits to keep that bucket full. We greatly appreciate everyone that can donate. We could not run as efficiently without you.
