Mission Statement

Our mission is to eliminate the pain and suffering associated with cat overpopulation in Greene County Pennsylvania, ONLY. In furtherance of that goal, Catnip Acres provides a low cost spay/neuter program for domestic cats and a T.N.R. (trap, neuter, release), program for feral cats.

Adopting a friend

Our adoption fee is $65.00 which includes a veterinary exam, spay/neuter, vaccines, de-worming, flea treatment, ear mite treatment and micro chipping. Food and toys are also provided. An adoption application must be filled out and we require a valid photo ID along with references.

Sponsor a Pet to Help Him Find a Home. Even if you're not able to adopt a pet today, you can help a homeless animal by sponsoring his shelter and care until while he waits to find a new home. I want to help, but cannot adopt a pet right now. Do you feel that way as you browse through pet listed on Petfinder.com? You're not alone. It's the most common sentiment expressed by the thousands of visitors who email us. The good news is that most of them go on to find the pet of their dreams, that perfect companion, and provide him or her a forever home;

Catnip Acres provides low cost spay/neuter for the cats of Greene County PA area, ONLY.

WE OFFER TWO PACKAGES. One for 30.00 and one for 50.00. See our website for details of what is included in each package. Please call for an appointment. See CLINIC page for dates.

You can help more homeless cats by donating to the Free fund. Or fill out an application for feral cats you need to spay and neuter. We have our own on site surgical suite..
