Calling All Volunteers!!
Camp Wolfgang is in great need of volunteers. With over 300 German Shepherds located at the facilty, many of them need to be walked and groomed in order to have as much human interaction as possible.
DONATIONS:
The many German Shepherds and large breed dogs as well as the staff at Camp Wolfgang appreciate donations. Here is a list of items that we are always in need of at the facility:
*towels (old, used, or new)
*blankets (old, used, or new)
*bleach
*hay (to put in houses)
*office supplies
*cedar or pine shavings (also for houses)
*5 gallon buckets
*dry dog food
*toys (ropes, bones, kongs, esp. balls)
*Any cleaning supplies
*Kennels (fencing, chain link, etc)
*dog houses
*Frontline, Advantix, etc.
*All monetary donations are welcome!!

Our Mission: To rescue and care for imperiled German Shepherd Dogs until they are placed in loving homes
Adopting a friend
A wide range of males and females are available to qualified homes. Prior to placement, all dogs have current vaccinations, are spayed or neutered, heartworm negative, and are restored as necessary to good health. Any deviations from this will be noted on the dog's individual listing.
Adoption fees, ranging from $200 to $300, are charged to defray a fraction of veterinary and other costs incurred in the restoration of your German Shepherd Dog's health. The standard adoption fee is $300. Most senior dogs, special needs dogs, and mixed breed dogs adoption fees are $200.
If for any reason, an adoption does not work out, the dog MUST be returned to Camp Wolfgang. You will then receive a refund of your adoption fee if the dog is returned within a month, or you may choose another, more suitable companion.

Camp Wolfgang is at 6234 FM 879, Ennis 75119, .7 mile east of I-45 at Exit 255, just south of Palmer and 21 miles south of the intersection of I-20 with I-45 -- 30 minutes south of downtown Dallas. Adoption days are as follows:
-- Friday from 9:30 am until 3:00 pm
--Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 am until 4:00 pm
