We have many pets to choose from. This is just one of the many loving housepets looking for a forever home.
News
Our adoptable pets are, as Texas law requires, spayed/neutered. They get a physical exam, rabies vaccination, de-worming, DHLP/Parvo Vaccination and Heartworm check for the dogs and FDV Vaccination for the cats. Other vet services may be performed as necessary.

Who We Are
Brownsville P.A.W.S. (Pets Are Worth Saving) is a small non-profit volunteer group dedicated to helping homeless pets find a loving home. We can use your help; we need volunteers! If you'd like to help at adoption events or can foster a pet, please contact us. The Brownsville Herald and The Monitor (McAllen) both ran an article on Edgar Treviño, our director. He has received a humanitarian award from the mayor of Brownsville for his efforts to save homeless pets. Daniel Ramos, 14, was the recipient of an award for his volunteer work in saving homeless pets.
