URGENT FOSTER/FUREVER HOME NEEDED.
The plight of one of our GA puppies this is heart breaking to all of AFF , most important, This poor baby is so confused and sad!!!!!!
Hi I am Rosie AKA Blackie. If you don't know my story I would like to tell you,long story short . You can see the whole story of my and my siblings by clicking under urgent no longer. Sadly it is URGENT for me again.
I am one of the 4 puppies who was brought here from GA,who was sick in the hospital. I thought I was one of the lucky ones because I got a home right away with a friend of a vet. My rescuers did a home check and everything was going great,I lived happily with my family for almost 5 months. I liked other dogs and lived with kids. I am only 6 months old.
I was just returned to the rescue after all this time because they said that one of the kids is allergic to me. I am spayed and up to date on shots.
I am so sad I did not come out of my crate the whole first day. I was doing better today but all of a sudden because of my fear and the unknown I snapped, I was fine after and no one was bite or hurt, im so afraid i dont know where to turn. My foster mom has a 3 year old and she is just to little to take a chance I might snap at her. I need a urgent foster home I would like it to be a foster to adopt, because im already devastated. I need a family with kids 10 or older who understand it will take some time for me to adjust. I am a sweet puppy I got along with the dog I lived next door to, and all the kids. I am so frighten now I need time. Unfortnatly my foster mom does not havethe time because she has to work. Could you be the family for me?

Hi everyone, AFF'S Beef & Beer came and went and it was amazing!! First, I would like to thank all the guests who came and partied with us for our cause in saving animals. You all rock and because of all of you AFF raised the money we needed to help the animals in our care! Second, I would like to thank all my AFF volunteers for being there with us and helping. They work tirelessly everyday to help animals and share the same passion and beliefs as AFF that this rescue group is about THE ANIMALS.
I would also like to take some time to thank some very important people who worked behind the scenes for two long months to make this fundraiser happen. The bands ( you guys rocked!!) I would like to thank Tommy of Rustic Cadillac for setting the bands up and taking time to help us. Please take time to check out Rustic Cadillac and Stage Five. They set the stage for this fun out and because of them everyone had a great time in the name of the animals. I would also like to thank all of the individual guests who helped us to set up, prepare and serve the food and who either donated or made gift baskets for us to raffle. We couldn’t have had the success we did without your help! This brings me to the final and most important person I want to thank, Brenda. Brenda who is an animal lover and a really great women set all of this up on her own. She used her own money, time, knowledge and drive to make this fundraiser happen. I am so happy and honored that Brenda is now an official AFF member and I feel honored to know her, have adopted an animal to her and to have her on the side of the animals and AFF. No matter what I can write I don't think it would let anyone know how wonderful a woman Brenda is, and for her first ever fundraiser effort she made it purrfect. From the decorations to the guests, to raising on her own enough money to keep AFF'S animals in good care and health. I also cannot forget that thanks to Brenda, one of our oldest cats TUFFUMS now has a home. AFF would like to send a big thank you to Jayme, Don and Taylor (Doggie) who have taken Tuffums in to foster with the intention to adopt.

Animal Friends Furever ,Inc. (AFF) is an all volunteer organization established June 6 ,2007. (AFF) is a 501 c 3. ( which is great for our furbabies and you , All donations are tax deductible. ) AFF is mainly a dog rescue but help any animal(s) who need us when we can. AFF'S goal is to help owners find new and loving homes for their pets when they can no longer keep them. We assist the owners by posting a story and a picture on Petfinder. In all cases, our priority is to match people with their special Furbaby. All decisions at AFF are made by the board of directors.
AFF'S animals are mostly owner surrenders. Generally, these animals are NOT evaluated by AFF. Information for them comes directly from the owner. AFF DOES NOT HAVE A SHELTER! Our animals are still with their owner(s) or in foster care. Some of our Furbabies are with other rescues groups or in shelters and posted on our site as a courtesy.
To assist owners who can no longer care for their dogs by placing the animals in new homes and providing any needed medical treatment
There are lots of ways to help. AFF is always looking for people who have a passion for animals to join our family. Hey come on play with me. Ok sit with me while I tell you all about who I am. My name is Daniel I am a 14 week old medium haired male blk with faint grey stripes. I am negative for FIV and Lukimia ,neutered and current on shots.I am good with other cats and dogs. My foster mommy says I am a fun and curious little guy. I am energetic, silly and love to show my brother Desi all of the fun things I've discovered around the house. Although I'm spunky,I enjoy being held and am quick to snuggle and purr myself to sleep on my foster mommy's lap when I've pooped myself out playing. I am completely litter box trained. My cat mommy died when me and my brother where just 2 weeks old . My foster mommy bottle fed us and help us grow and we are now ready for our furever homes .Without a feline mommy, I have developed a very close bond with my brother and we need to be adopted together.
