Hi, my name is Peanut, Some of you might remember I came to AFF with my brother and sisters from GA and we where all sick. I have had a rough life in these few months, being rescued from a shelter in Georgia, and then adopted out Abused and adopted out again to a family that was not right for me.
I am a lab pointer mix. 9 months old ,I am smaller than a lab would be at 8 months old, and I have a beagle bark, so I must have some beagle in me too. I am up to date on shots and spayed. I am very well behaved for a puppy. I am house-trained, and crate-trained.
I have not had much practice walking on a leash, so I need a fenced in yard where I can use up my puppy energy. If you have another dog for me to play with...even better! I love to romp in the yard with the dogs in my foster home. If you have cats, and they are used to a puppy invasion, I like them too, but I could use some training in not chasing the cats. Sorry, but it is so much fun! I am also good with children, but older than 12 would be better—they have to be able to keep up with me. My foster home is great and I am learning puppy manners ,but I m ready for my FINAL FUREVER HOME!

Animal Friends Furever ,Inc. (AFF) is an all volunteer organization established June 6 ,2007. (AFF) is a 501 c 3. ( which is great for our furbabies and you , All donations are tax deductible. ) AFF is mainly a dog rescue but help any animal(s) who need us when we can. AFF'S goal is to help owners find new and loving homes for their pets when they can no longer keep them. We assist the owners by posting a story and a picture on Petfinder. In all cases, our priority is to match people with their special Furbaby. All decisions at AFF are made by the board of directors.
AFF'S animals are mostly owner surrenders. Generally, these animals are NOT evaluated by AFF. Information for them comes directly from the owner. AFF DOES NOT HAVE A SHELTER! Our animals are still with their owner(s) or in foster care. Some of our Furbabies are with other rescues groups or in shelters and posted on our site as a courtesy.
To assist owners who can no longer care for their dogs by placing the animals in new homes and providing any needed medical treatment
To place abandoned, abused, and stray dogs in foster homes as quickly as possible, until a permanent home can be found
To rehabilitate and re-home unwanted, stray and abandoned animals
To educate the public about abuse and neglect of animals and the importance of spaying/neutering their pets
There are lots of ways to help. AFF is always looking for people who have a passion for animals to join our family. AFF is always in need of foster homes, to find out more about how to become a foster mom/dad email AFFRescue@aol.com or call Kim 215-676-3318. You can become an AFF volunteer, no experience required. Another inportant way you can help , Is to sponsor one of our furbabies.How will your money be spent for sponsoring an animal? Vet bills, medicine, food, toys, treats.
Still want to help? Another way to help is to honor a lost loved one/furbaby. Did you loss a loved one? Know someone who lost a loved one? You can make a donation in the animals/persons name. AFF will ackknowledge this by sending a certificate to the person who lost there loved furbaby. Please email AFFRescue@aol.com to give them the address and let them know about your speical donation. Of course, we need your monetary donations to help our Furbabies. AFF depends on your kind donations to help animals. AFF is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, so all donations are tax deductible.

I am on a hypoallergenic diet to see if that will cure my skin.
I am sweet, lovable, sociable, curious and handsome boy. I love being petted and sleeping on my foster mom’s bed. I would play more if I didn’t have to always keep an eye out for that mean cat that wants to hurt me. All I want is a nice calm home where I can run around the house, sit on windowsills and watch the world go by, and play with a nice, friendly cat or dog. Won’t someone PLEASE give me a home where I can run around and explore without being attacked, and maybe have an animal friend or two that will like me and play with me?

Hi,i am Simon here is my latest update. I am 6 years old, up to date on shots neutered and negative for FIV and Leukemia. I get along with other cats,dogs and should go to a home with kids 10 or older. I am in need of a urgent foster home still!!! I miss my brother Tuffums who got adopted a couple of months ago, and my foster mom’s cats still don’t like me. Two of them growl at me and fight with me for no reason, and the other one is REALLY mean. She growls at me all the time and attacks me whenever she gets the chance. She’s even scratched my face and made my side bleed. It upsets me very much to be attacked for no reason. I’m always on edge, wondering when the next attack will come.
