Our Featured Pet..Reggie!
Reggie is a beautiful 10 month-old male Red Nose Pitbull Terrier who is housebroken/crate-trained. He is also excellent with other dogs & children of all ages (unknown with cats). Reggie is very playful and fun, but not hyper. He loves to play fetch and have his belly scratched. Reggie would do best with a homeowner with a fenced yard - no renters/apartments please. Reggie's adoption fee is $160. He is neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea/tick treated, heartworm tested, and microchipped. Please note that due to logistic concerns we do not adopt to persons living more than 150 miles from Liberty, IN. Please also check your local laws for any applicable Pitbull ordinances. For more information on this gorgeous guy, please contact Denise at (765) 939-7051 or email her at deniseharr1@comcast.net.
Adopt-A-Dog Team members are at various PetSmart locations in Cincinnati on the weekends so you have an opportunity to meet our available dogs for adoption. Come meet the dogs and fall in love!

Who We Are
Adopt-A-Dog, Inc. is a not for profit 501(c)(3)organization which places unwanted dogs in homes throughout Indiana and Ohio where they can live long, happy lives with a family to care for them rather than live out their remaining days at the Union County Dog Shelter where they will be euthanized. Our organization is devoted to finding homes for dogs with responsible families. We require fenced yards or large kennels, with few exceptions.
The Union County shelter is very small and only able to accommodate seven animals at a time. We post both the dogs at the shelter, as well as those dogs we have in foster homes here on the website. We receive no federal funding and operate on donations from many animals lovers in Union County and around the State.Due to limited shelter space and small number of foster homes, Adopt-a-Dog is only able to consider assistance for dogs in Union County.
Our Wish List
As with most other rescue groups, we are always in need of loving foster homes. To find out more about fostering, please call Denise at (765) 939-7051 or email her at deniseharr1@comcast.net.
We also very much need and greatly appreciate donations of cash, dog food, treats, collars, leashes, stainless steel bowls, towels, blankets and various dog toys.
